If you've paid by cash or SADAD, you can opt for a cash refund, a Credit Note or a refund to My Credit in your account. 

If you've paid by card, you'll receive a refund to your card or you can opt for a Credit Note.

Your Credit Note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and you can use it to shop for Lifestyle products online or in-store.
