No, our Gift Vouchers are for one-time use only. If you do not use the total value of the Gift Voucher in a single transaction, the remaining value becomes void and can’t be used in a subsequent transaction.

How do I redeem my Gift Voucher?
You can use your Lifestyle Gift Voucher to pay fully or partly for any Lifestyle product at any Lifestyle store. Redeeming the voucher is simple – just present it at the time of billing. If the value of your purchase is greater than the value of the voucher, you can pay the balance using another payment method such as Debit or Credit card, or cash. Lifestyle Gift Vouchers can be used for one transaction only, so any remaining balance cannot be used at another time.

How can I exchange or get a refund on a purchased product?
All products purchased from the store can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the original invoice is produced and the products are in their original packaging (if applicable) and in perfect condition. This policy does not apply to toiletries, cosmetics, jewellery and perfumes.
If you want a refund for the products you've purchased, a credit note will be issued to you. We're sorry, we do not provide a cash refund under any circumstances.
